The Court of Arbitration for Sport (TAD) clarified this Tuesday the situation of João Palhinha and explained, in a document published on the website of the organization, that he annulled the punishment, but not the yellow card seen by the Sporting midfielder in Bessa (15 game) Round and that the lion won 2-0).
Palhinha then counts five yellow cards, the next being the first in a new series.
An clarification that follows a request from the Portuguese Football Federation, in order to clarify the number of cards by João Palhinha, after the TAD has annulled the punishment to the player, applied in a summary process and confirmed in an appeal for the full amount of the Disciplinary Board.
