Steven Gerrad highlighted the display of Philippe Coutinho in the draw against Leeds United (3-3), where the Brazilian midfielder, loaned by Barcelona, scored a goal and made two assists.
“Coutinho can still improve from a physical point of view, but in terms of technical ability you don’t play for Brazil as often or you are a world superstar without talent. Coutinho will still improve. It is a wonder to work with him, ” said the Aston Villa coach, in statements to the BBC.
