Officialized a week ago as a reinforcement for Ajax, Francisco Conceição gave the first interview to the club’s television, in which he spoke about the challenge that lies ahead.
“It means a lot, it’s a great club and I’m looking forward to it getting started quickly”, began by saying the 19-year-old winger, guaranteeing that he was “very well received by all the players and also by the coaching staff”.
Francisco Conceição then explained the reasons that led him to accept the move to Ajax: «It is a club that likes to play good football and put on a show. I identify with the club and I hope it is the beginning of a great journey. I like to go up against the opponent in one-on-one and I also hope to improve some aspects that I am not so good at in order to help my team triumph and win several titles.”
“I hope to help the team as much as possible, with goals and assists. I am very ambitious and I hope that this is already a dream season. I’m ready to make a difference at Ajax”, he guaranteed.
