The Directorate-General for Health revealed on Tuesday that in 24 hours there were five more deaths and 214 cases of Covid-19 infection.
Thus, the country counts a total of 1,784 deaths and 54,448 infected with Covid-19, an increase of 0.3 percent.
The health authority also indicates that there are 12,728 active cases of the disease and that 135 more recovered were accounted for a total of 39,936.
The number of hospitalized patients remains the same in relation to Monday (336), but there is one less person in intensive care – 38.
