Bayer Leverkusen and Club Brugge drew (0-0) this Tuesday in the sixth round of group B of the Champions League.
In a very controversial game in midfield, the first shot of the match came right in the 33rd minute, thanks to Diaby (Bayer Leverkusen).
The second half was more confused with the Belgians who came in with everything. Buchanan, in the 46th minute, hits the crossbar of Hradecky’s goal.
Bayer Leverkusen also added some dangerous approaches to Mignolet’s goal but, like Club Brugge, failed to score.
Noteworthy is the entry of Yaremchuk, former Benfica, in the 87th minute, replacing Jutglà.
With this draw, Bayer Leverkusen benefit from Atlético Madrid’s defeat at Dragão and will play in the Europa League in the second half of the season.
Club Brugge, on the other hand, closed the group stage in second place, after FC Porto won (2-1) against Atlético Madrid.
