The Baccarat Hotel in New York is a crystal palace

Created in 1764 with the permission of King Louis XV, Baccarat has since been dedicated to making the world’s finest crystal products.

That sophistication is now transferred to its first hotel, located opposite the Museum of Modern Art in New York (MoMA), in a 50-story tower, where its 114 luxury rooms and suites occupy the first 12; 59 residences are distributed in the rest.

The experience of staying in this fabulous hotel is endowed with an artistic mood from the entrance, where there is a fireplace that represents the furnaces of the manufacture in France.

Among the 17 chandeliers that the establishment has, two stand out in a special way: one that brings together 26,500 pieces of glass and the other of wood, located in The Bar.

In addition, the lobby has a wall with 1,800 Hartcourt glasses, the most emblematic of the brand. The incredible indoor pool has marble tiled floors and walls painted with utopian gardens. There are also several original works made with the legendary signature crystal.

At the Baccarat Hotel, art extends to all the senses: it has a spa by the beauty firm La Mer, its gastronomic director is Gabriel Kreuther – chef with two Michelin stars – and the amenities are by perfumer Francis Kurkdjian.

You can go with your dog (if he weighs nine kilos or less), and they will give him a dinner plate made of Harcourt 1841 glass during your stay, so everyone benefits from such elegance.
