The Azerbaijani national team of female wrestlers has started a training camp in Tata, Hungary. According to the information of SIA referring to the press service of the Azerbaijan Wrestling Federation, 20 other teams are taking part in the preparation in addition to our team.

These are the teams of Hungary, Italy, Greece, Lithuania, Norway, Sweden, Germany, Poland, Romania, Czech Republic, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, USA, Canada, China, Croatia, Moldova, Chile, Mexico and Ecuador.

Maria Stadnik (50 kg), Asmar Jankurtaran (53 kg), Gultekin Shirinova (55 kg), Alyona Kolesnik, Ruzanna Mammadova (both 59 kg) will participate in the preparatory process, which will last until January 27, under the leadership of senior coach Togrul Askerov and coach Agahuseyn Mustafayev. , Birgül Soltanova, Gunay Gurbanova (both 62 kg) were involved.

Elnura Mammadova (53 kg) was left out of the training process due to injury. Jala Aliyeva (57 kg) and Elis Manolova (68 kg) are training in Belmeken, Bulgaria, under the supervision of head coach Semyon Chterev.

It should be noted that the training camp is a preparation for the European Championship and the European Olympic Qualifying Tournament.
