But during the filming of the film “Ivan Vasilyevich Changes His Profession,” the attractive young lady was forbidden to wear beautiful high-heeled shoes, showing off her long legs to everyone.
The beloved of the heroine Selezneva was played by Alexander Demyanenko, a man of not at all outstanding height. Contemporaries say that the famous actor was no taller than 169 centimeters.
To prevent the beautiful actress from being taller than her on-screen husband, Leonid Gaidai ordered her to wear shoes exclusively with flat soles.
