Despite the restart of the epidemic, the dates of the 2022 edition have been unveiled. The Off d’Avignon festival will be held from July 7 to 30, its organizers have announced.

Canceled in 2020, the festival hosted 1,070 shows last summer, fewer shows than in recent years. In 2019, a record year, 1,592 shows were performed there.
No date yet for the “In”
The In festival has not yet unveiled the dates of its 76th edition, the last one directed by Olivier Py, at the head of this meeting since 2013.
The first artist to have taken charge of the In festival since Jean Vilar, Olivier Py will give way to director Tiago Rodrigues from September 1, 2022. The 44-year-old playwright will unveil his first edition in July 2023.
