The president of the Association of Real Estate Agents of Albacete recognizes that Avenida España is one of the most expensive areas of the city to buy a home but it is not the most expensive. Vicente Orozo explains that Idealista’s study includes only streets with homes for sale, not the price of square meter. And if there are no houses for sale, those avenues do not appear.
Despite being the most expensive street in the entire region, Avenida España de Albacete is far of the 7 million euros from the Coto Zagaleta urbanization in Malaga, and from Sant Carles street, in the Balearic Islands. The Paseo de los Lagos, in Pozuelo (Madrid) and the Avenida Rocaferrera, in Barcelona, exceed the 5 and 4 million euros on average in the sale of homes.
