A seemingly simple procedure turned into a nightmare due to several bugs in the Microsoft Partner Center that prevented us from successfully completing account registration. We also encountered errors in the Microsoft support system due to which we were unable to submit a request regarding our situation. This is simply unbelievable.
We reported our problem to ID@Xbox, but they were unhelpful. This situation is not their responsibility. Apparently, the problem is on Microsoft’s side.
