The Sports program with Julio Insa has had access to the argument of the Valencia CF lawyer in the preview with the judge before the General Shareholders’ Meeting that was held on December 16 and which validates the club’s version in its statement.
The club’s institutional lawyers asked the judge for a bond to impose it on Libertad VCF in exchange for the damage caused by postponing the Meeting, something that ultimately did not happen.
Libertad requested in the first instance to postpone the meeting while the final judicial decision was not knownl on the number of actions required to attend the event that was held in the Mestalla VIP box. Finally, the judge dismissed the VCF Freedom petition and the Meeting was able to hold.
Following this news, Libertad VCF reported that the club had offered the “indemnity bond” of 100,000 euros from the club’s coffers as an alternative to accepting the precautionary measures requested by the association. Valencia CF denied it and the audio validates the club’s version.
