Notification of Commencement of Investigation (SPDP) Indra Kenz has been received by the Attorney General’s Office from the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Police. Indra Kenz was investigated in relation to the alleged crime of online gambling.
“Young Attorney General for General Crimes The Attorney General’s Office has received a Notice of Commencement of Investigation (SPDP) from the Directorate of Economic and Special Crimes of the Indonesian Police Criminal Investigation Agency (Bareskrim Polri) against Alleged Crimes of Online Gambling and/or Spreading of Fake News (Hoax) through the Media. Electronic and/or Fraud/Cheating and/or Money Laundering on behalf of Reported Party IK,” wrote the Head of the Attorney General’s Office for Legal Information, Leonard Eben Ezer Simanjuntak in his statement, Thursday (24/2/2022).
“The Notice of Investigation Commencement (SPDP) was issued by the Investigator of the Directorate of Economic and Special Crimes of the Indonesian Police Criminal Investigation Agency (Bareskrim Polri) on February 21, 2022 and received by the Secretariat of the Deputy Attorney General for General Crimes on Tuesday, February 22, 2022,” he added.
On the other hand Indra Kenz Today, he was investigated by the Criminal Investigation Police of the Indonesian National Police. He was summoned in connection with the Binomo application fraud case.
Indra Kenz’s lawyer, Wardaniman Larosa, also said his client would be questioned today. He guaranteed his client to come to the Criminal Investigation Department.

Meanwhile, the victim Binomo admitted that he would oversee the investigation. They will come to the Criminal Investigation Department.
“The victim’s plan is to go to the Criminal Investigation Unit to ensure and oversee the process of examining the reported IK,” said the lawyer for the victim Binomo, Finsensius Menndrofa.
“So far, the victim has never met directly with the reported party, so they want to see IK up close at the Criminal Investigation Department,” he continued.
Previously, Indra Kenz reported to have arrived in the country after undergoing treatment in Turkey. Indra Kenz promised to fulfill the summons of the police after the case was raised to the investigation stage.
This case has been raised to the stage of investigation by the Criminal Investigation Police. Indra Kenz is suspected of having violated articles related to money laundering and spreading false news. This article is in accordance with the reports of 8 people who claimed to be victims of the Binomo application.
Indra Kenz was previously scheduled to be questioned by the Criminal Investigation Unit last Friday (18/2). But he did not comply with the summons for examination. Indra Kenz’s lawyer, Wardaniman Larosa, at that time said his client had to undergo quarantine after returning from Turkey.
