For the sixth time in a row, the Astros will play in the playoffs and try to reach the World Series again, after losing to the Braves last year. With a 14-game lead over the Mariners, it only takes Astros 4 wins or Mariners 4 losses for Houston to claim his second straight division title.
In case the season ended today, the Astros would have the best record in the American League and face the Wild Card winner between Blue Jays and Mariners in ALDS.
