The famous Burgas artist Zhivko Ivanov has died. The sad news was announced by Dimitar Nikolov on social networks.
“Very sad. The artist Zhivko Ivanov is gone. A man I have always admired. I was proud to call him my friend. Amazing talent, colorful person, bohemian, unique creator. Just a few days ago I was at his wonderful exhibition, with which he celebrated his 70 years.
He was smiling, joking, said a few words in his own style, crossing out the pompous statements he so hated. I wished him long life, unfortunately only the creative will remain. His death is a heavy loss for Burgas. A great creator, an emblem in fine art. Condolences to his daughter Kaloyana, to his entire family and friends of Zivko Ivanov! Farewell! May God forgive him!” writes Dimitar Nikolov.
