It has finally been published Artificial Intelligence Regulation (RIA)
This regulation marks a momentous milestone, being the first in the world to establish a specific regulatory framework for artificial intelligence.
In a context where artificial intelligence is redefining sectors such as health, education, industry and services, having a set of clear and coherent standards is essential to ensure ethical and safe development. The RIA establishes guidelines designed to protect fundamental rights, encourage innovation, and ensure transparency and security in the use of AI.
The Artificial Intelligence Regulation will be in force from next August 1. This means that companies and organizations must quickly adapt to these new regulations, which represents both a challenge and an opportunity to lead in the field of responsible AI.
