The Arsenal leader is put to the test in a derby against Chelsea

The 15th day of the English Premier League, which will be played on Saturday and Sunday, will have the derby between Chelsea (6th) and leaders Arsenal on Sunday at Stamford Bridge as its main course.

Arsenal go to matchday 15 two points clear of second-placed Manchester City, who could become provisional leader on Saturday if they beat Fulham (7th) at home.

Chelsea, relegated to sixth after losing 4-1 to Brighton last weekend, cannot stumble again and only a win on Sunday could calm things down around the “Blues”.

The other big game this weekend in England will also face Tottenham (3rd) and Liverpool (9th) on Sunday.

The ‘Spurs’ will have the loss of South Korean Son Heung-ming in attack and probably those of Dejan Kulusevski and Richarlison. Some important absences, at a time when the podium is threatened by Newcastle (4th, two points), who face Southampton (17th).

For Liverpool, ten points behind Tottenham and fifteen behind leaders Arsenal, the match is vital in a very competitive league and where the start of the season was disappointing.

Manchester United (5th), who won 1-0 in San Sebastián in the Europa League on Thursday, are within one point of the “Champions zone” which characterizes Newcastle. The “Red Devils” visit Unai Emery’s Aston Villa (16th) on Sunday.
