The competition for volume-urban planning and conceptual solution of a complex of mixed buildings in Burgas on a property owned by the company, organized by the Union of Architects in Bulgaria, ends today, October 17, 2024.
Over the next few days, from October 18 to 20, the jury will review all submitted projects, and the results will be made public on October 22.

The jury, composed of leading architects such as arch. Tihomir Raychev (Chief Architect of Burgas Municipality), arch. Emil Burulyanov (Chairman of the Union of Architects – Burgas), arch. Plamen Bratkov, arch. Ilko Nikolov will evaluate projects with an emphasis on functionality, sustainability and architectural aesthetics.
The projects are expected to offer innovative solutions for the urban environment of Burgas, serving as an example both in the organization of competitions, and to offer a local urban skyline worthy of the architects.
