Over the weekend, the Székesfehérvár Regional Athletic Center hosted the U16 Age Group Individual National Championship, as well as the U18, U20 Composite Championship.
In decathlon events (100-meter flat run, long jump, shot put, high jump, 400-meter flat run, 110-meter hurdles, discus throw, pole vault, javelin throw, 1500-meter flat run) two ARAKs won medals . In the U20 age group field, Ádám Trenka won the silver medal with 5678 points, and Patrik Kerék won the bronze medal with 5030 points.
The team championship went to Ferencz Barnabás, who finished fourth in the individual.
The younger under 18 boys also kept pace with the older ones. Out of the five Fehérvár entrants, Kálmán Kertész finished in the highest place, finishing in fourth place with 4,844 points. Fifth place was Levente Fliszár, who got 4788 points, Dávid Balázsik was in seventh place, and Bendegúz Tatai Bulcsú was ninth. There was a lot of competition within the association to get into the team of four, and in the end, Ágoston Illés was kicked out of the team that won the silver medal with seven points.
In the 14-15 age group, Dóra Schreiber was among the best in two competitions. He finished sixth in the 80-meter hurdles with 13.01, and eighth in the 100-meter dash with 13.56. Gréta Pallos finished ninth in the high jump. Emma Zsigmond is 11th in the 300 hurdles, Tamás Borbála is twelfth in the high jump. Zete Kertész entered the B final of the 100 gallop, where he finished fifth. Bianka Koszpek is in thirteenth place in the javelin, as is Dóra Schreiber in the 300 hurdles. Dominik Szente was in seventeenth place, Zete Kertész in eighteenth place in 300 meters and Kolos Görgicze in nineteenth place in javelin.
