Our mobiles have become a money machine for both app developers and Apple. But it’s not just idyll between them. The two sides that live by us are linked together as if it were a marriage. The problem is that only Apple controls the money. Then the relationship sours.

The biggest of all mobile platforms is the original, Apple’s App Store. Although there are now many more Android phones than Iphones on the planet, around two-thirds of the money still goes to Apple.
