Bad Bunny showed his rejection of the murder in Puerto Rico of the trans woman Neulisa “Alexa” Luciano Ruiz, with a vindictive message during his performance in the North American program ‘The Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon‘
During the presentation of the song “Ignorantes”, which is part of his new album, “YHLQMDLG”, the Puerto Rican singer wore a skirt and a white t-shirt with a message of protest and rejection of this murder: “They killed Alexa, not a man in a skirt.”
The artist’s claim has had a huge impact on Twitter, where messages of support for Bad Bunny for his action and repudiation for the murder of Alexa, which occurred on February 24, have multiplied. A crime that has created a great controversy in the Central American country due to its violence and to the recording of the woman just before she died in which several men give her insults and threats.
In addition, the murder took place just the day after his image went viral on social networks after the complaint of a man when he saw Alexa enter the women’s bathroom of a McDonald’s in the municipality of Toa Baja.
