Saut said that at the time, the investigator’s job was to convince the investigator that the ongoing investigation had criminal elements.

Furthermore, he also defended Anies because the KPK was unable to find state losses in this case. Saut was confused by the KPK investigation.

“I already imagined that if I had been present at the meeting, I would have been confused. Let’s say there is a loss of status, this case does not exist, the BPK has reported it, there is no backlash. So who do we want to punish? And which one? article is imposed? ” He added.
Saut calls the investigation into Formula E “noisy”
Former KPK vice president Saut Situmorang criticized the ongoing investigation into the ongoing Formula E corruption case. According to him, this investigation should be carried out in a closed manner so as not to be noisy.
