What do you need?

Step-by-step double spoon ritual

  1. The first thing you have to do is clean the skin and apply the product you want to use.
  2. Start at the neck. Always support the spoons in the concave area and make upward movements.
  3. Later, move to the chin area and make circular movements, always from the inside out.
  4. Keep going up the face and repeat this same movement. Be careful with the lymphatic points of the lower eyelids, they must be worked gently and without too much pressure.
  5. When massaging the upper eyelidsAlways do it on the superciliary bone, where the eyebrows are, never on the soft areas of the eyelids.
  6. Finish with the forehead and repeat the process. It is recommended to perform 3 times each movement for a complete massage. The duration is between 5 and 7 minutes, depending on the speed.

How often is it necessary to do it?

It is a massage without contraindications, so the ideal is to do it daily, to relax the muscles and avoid the daily contractions that cause sagging. If you don’t have much time, you can do it 2 to 3 times a week to enjoy its benefits.
