PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe SA has announced a tender for investments under the “Government Program for the construction or modernization of railway stops for 2021-2025”.

Modernized platforms in Golina (Jarocin commune), Obra Stara (Koźmin Wielkopolski commune), Koźmin Wielkopolski (Koźmin Wielkopolski commune) and Bożacin (Krotoszyn commune) on the Oleśnica – Chojnice line (no. In Golina, Obra Stara and Bożacin, the existing platforms will be replaced with new ones, and in Koźmin Wielkopolski, instead of the current three – after reconstruction – two platforms will be prepared for travelers (current platforms No. 2 and No. 3 with new numbering: platforms No. 1 and No. 2).

Construction works will begin after the selection of contractors, which is planned for spring this year, and the preparation of the necessary documentation, while the completion of works is planned for the fourth quarter of 2023. added the spokesman.

According to the information, the purpose of the “Government Program for the construction or modernization of railway stops for the years 2021-2025” is to counteract transport exclusion, promote ecological means of transport and support the Polish economy.

In the Wielkopolskie voivodship, the stop program includes 19 locations on the basic list, including Białężyce, Patyków, Piła Fabryczna, Słupca, Książno, Miłosław, Pleszew, Jastrowie City. Contracts have already been signed with contractors for the implementation of works, e.g. in Książno, Orzechów, Dobrzeków, Białężyce, Słupca and Jastrowie.
