The match between Argentina and the Netherlands has left more than one heart in their hands.
Antonela Roccuzzo and her three children were present at the stadium to support Lionel Messi and the entire Argentina national team in the second match that would define the place for the semi-final of the Qatar 2022 World Cup.
The family of the Argentine ’10’ was in one of the preferential boxes on the pitch and suffered the most, like the rest of the Latin Americans, in a match to the death.
Argentina started winning, going 2-0 and already felt in the next round. But the draw in the Netherlands made their day bitter. Everything was defined in sanctions. Both the South American and European players gave their all on the pitch, their family, friends and compatriots accompanied and encouraged them relentlessly.
In the stands people cried, laughed and with a thousand nerves watched one of the best matches of this World Cup. Messi’s wife chose to pray with one of her sons to lower her anxiety, which was a thousand.
In the end, the Messi family and his entire country went from nervousness to celebration with Argentina’s move to the semifinals of the World Cup.
