Internet users are moved by billboards thrown to the ground in the agglomeration of Angoulême. Rest assured, this is not an act of vandalism.
Vdystopian vision at the entrance to Angoulême. Three symbols of capitalism in four by three put on the ground, their feet sawed off, at the exit of the Girac roundabout. This image worried many Angoumoisins. On the internet, denunciations of acts of vandalism abound. However, no antipub incivility was noted. It is the concretization of the policy of the agglomeration vis-à-vis the advertising posters which tarnish the landscape. Over the past year, around 150 panels of this type have been dismantled to comply with the Local Intermunicipal Advertising Regulations (RLPI) voted in 2021. The deadline for complying with the regulations was set for Wednesday March 22. Girac’s panels are among the last to fall.
