Communication via WhatsApp is particularly practical. “Interested parties can simply take a picture of the vehicle registration certificate – the registration certificate part 1 – and the last premium invoice and send it to the number 01522/8753932 via WhatsApp, and we will immediately make a favorable offer,” explains Rasim Suksur. In addition, advice is possible by email, telephone and video chat, so that interested parties do not have to visit the agency in person.
With Allianz, customers can now design their car insurance, whether for a car, motorcycle, classic car, mobile home or caravan, according to their wishes. You can opt for Allianz liability, partial or fully comprehensive insurance and choose individual additional modules. In this way, they get exactly the protection they want and only pay for services that are important to them.
“With the workshop bonus, we grant a discount of up to 20 percent on the comprehensive insurance, including other services such as pick-up and delivery, a free replacement car and vehicle cleaning. In return, in the event of damage, we arrange an Allianz-certified partner workshop, ”describes Rasim Suksur. Depending on the vehicle type, customers can add various modules to their vehicle insurance. In the field of car insurance, the Premium Schutzbrief is one such component that offers breakdown and accident assistance throughout Europe for 19.90 euros per year. The Bonusdrive module is also attractive. “We reward careful and safe driving. By transferring the trip data with the BonusDrive app, customers receive a one-off 10 percent start bonus after 100 kilometers of transferred trip data, ”explains Rasim Suksur.
Allianz offers security in every situation and provides dedicated and reliable assistance – the services in the event of damage are simply top-notch. Comprehensive damage claims are settled within five working days as soon as the claims service has all the relevant information. And the Allianz service guarantee applies: there is 30 euros for customers if it takes longer than five working days. “Find out without obligation.
