The Alliance Dijon Natation club is recruiting an assistant coach (M/F)

The Dijon Natation Alliance is a club of 2000 members made up of a swimming school and a competition section.
A technical director, three main coaches and several apprentices supervise the competition groups.

We are looking for a swimming enthusiast, ready to supervise and support the swimmers at our training center (CAF). The position involves collaborating with our coaches to provide technical and physical training to athletes.
●Encadrement :
○ Help the CAF coach to supervise, deliver and prepare the group’s training sessions
○ Supervise swimmers when the CAF coach is traveling or recovering
○ Prepare and supervise physical preparation sessions in collaboration with the CAF coach
○ Develop the dry training program in collaboration with the CAF coach
○ Ensure the safety of swimmers during weight training and swimming sessions
● Communication :
○ Help communicate with parents and organize competitions and courses
○ Attend coaches meetings and work with all coaches to ensure swimmers’ needs are met
○ Follow administrative instructions and processes
● Competitions:
○ Accompany competitive swimmers occasionally
○ Replace the CAF coach during his travels or competitions
○ Accompany swimmers on training courses occasionally
● Other tasks:
○ Assist or replace other coaches when necessary
○ Promote a positive and motivating atmosphere within the team
○ Demonstrate punctuality and professional attitude towards the technical team and swimmers
