During the day, the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine inflicted five blows on groups of personnel and combat equipment of Russian troops and hit the location of an anti-aircraft missile complex. This is stated in the report of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine at 18:00 on February 17, published on “Facebook” and quoted by “Ukrinform”.
According to the data of the General Staff, during the day the enemy launched six rocket attacks on the civil infrastructure of Kupyansk, Kharkiv Region. Three private houses and one apartment block were damaged. In addition, they are applied a total of 10 airstrikes and over 10 MLRS attacks.
Russian troops are concentrating their main efforts on the conduct of offensive operations in Kupyansk, Liman, Bakhmut, Avdiivka and Shakhtarsk. The invaders suffered significant losses in manpower.

In the Volyn, Polis, Sivershchyna and Slobojan directions, the enemy continues to hold individual units in the regions bordering Ukraine, but no offensive groups have been found.
The enemy does not stop the mortar and artillery shelling of the positions of the Ukrainian troops and the settlements along the state border of Ukraine.
During the day areas of Kolos in Chernihiv region; Mefedivka, Bachivsk, Kharkivka, Zarutske, Partizanske, Boyaro-Lezhachi, Atinske, Aleksievka and Hrabovske in Sumy region; Veterinary, Strilecha, Vesele, Borisovka, Hatishche, Vovchansk, Tyche, Okhrimovka, Nesterne and Obukhovka in the Kharkiv region came under enemy fire.
In the direction of Kupyan and Liman, the enemy shelled the villages of Hryanikivka, Kucherovka, Krokhmalno, Berestovo in Kharkiv region; Novoselivske, Nevske, Dibrova, Bilogorivka in Luhansk region; Fedorovka and Rozdolivka in Donetsk region. The aggressor carried out airstrikes near Krokhmalno, Berestovo, Stelmakhovka, Dibrova, Serebryan Forestry, Bilokhorivka and Spirne.

More than 15 settlements were shelled in the direction of Bakhmut, in particular Vesele, Vasyukovka, Zaliznyanske, Dobovo-Vasilovka, Berkhovka, Bakhmut, Ivanovske, Klishchievka, Kurdyumivka, New York in the Donetsk region. The enemy launched an airstrike in the Berkhovka area as well.
In the directions of Avdiivka and Shakhtarsk, 17 settlements were hit, including Avdiivka, Vodiane, Vesele, Nevelske, Georgievka, Marinka, Bohoyavlenka, Velika Novosilka, Zolota Niva, Vaghledar and Neskuchno in Donetsk region.
In the Zaporozhye direction, the areas of 20 settlements were hit, including Malinovka, Hulyapole, Zaliznychne, Bilohirya, Mala Tokmachka, Novodanilovka, Orikhov, Novoandrievka, Mali Shterbaki and Kamianske in the Zaporozhye region. The enemy carried out airstrikes on the regions of Mala Tokmachka and Novodanilovka.
In the direction of Kherson, the city of Kherson and its suburbs, as well as the areas of more than 25 settlements, including Gavrilovka, Dudchani, Berislav, Vesele, Kozatske, Ivanovka, Inzhenerne, Dniprovske, Berekhove and Veletenske were subjected to artillery shelling.
The enemy continues to suffer losses. In the village of Kalanchak, Kherson region, the invaders turned the central district hospital into a military hospital and brought there 36 eliminated and 18 wounded Russian servicemen.
