The main actor in the movie “Terminator” tries to stay in shape as much as possible. Arnie does not hide that with age he needs more and more effort for this. At the same time, he finds himself unable to fight against time.

“I know I smile ironically when I look in the mirror every day and say to myself, ‘This sucks. Look at that body. Check out those chest muscles that used to be strong, toned and really powerful. Now those muscles just sag,'” Arnold complained.

The actor emphasized that he has a harder time than most coming to terms with aging because they were never in the same shape as him. Big changes began to occur in the body of a movie star after 50 years.

“I feel like damaged goods. I never thought when I was 30 or 40 years old that this would happen to me. It’s just gross!” Schwarzenegger said on the Howard Stern show. Arnold also criticized modern youth who try to avoid any discomfort and unpleasant sensations as much as possible. “I don’t want generations of weak people to grow up. People who try to avoid any trouble at any cost”, the great actor is categorical.
