The Adam Project: Science Fiction and Time Travel with Ryan Reynolds and Mark Ruffalo; trailer

The Adam Project (The Adam Project) is the new sci-fi adventure movie starring Ryan Reynolds (Deadpool, Free Guy), a film for which we already have a first trailer that you can see on these lines and that Netflix has published just a month before its premiere. And it is that this new eighties-style adventure film for the whole family with time travel included will premiere exclusively on the popular streaming platform next March 11, 2022.

A more than striking cast

Thus, this new Netflix original production once again brings together the duo formed by Ryan Reynolds and the filmmaker Shawn Levy after his recent collaboration in Free Guy, an action movie that paid tribute to the world of video games, especially to a genre as fashionable as battle royale. But back to The Adam Projectthis new film introduces us to a pilot, Adam Reed, who after suffering an accident is sent to the past. Our presents, since he lands on 2022 to find himself when he was just a 12-year-old boy.

In the absence of discovering the reasons why Adam travels to the past to meet his child “I”, everything indicates that they will have to face a threat that goes far beyond time jumps, finding its lost father and thus fix a good handful of mistakes from the past that seem to have affected the Adam of the future.

Beyond the leading role of Ryan Reynoldsthe cast is completed with names as striking as Mark Ruffalo, Jennifer Garner The Zoe Saldana alongside the young Walker Scobell. Let us remember that Shawn Levy already has experience in adventure productions for the whole family, since he has already been the director and producer of Stranger Things, also on Netflix. Ryan Reynolds himself produces alongside Levi The Adam Projectunder a script by Jonathan Tropper, TS Nowlin Flackett and Mark Levin.

The Adam Project premieres exclusively on Netflix next March 11, 2022.
