The Authorities of Santa Fe, by way of the Provincial Company for Highway Security (APSV) of the Ministry of Justice and Safety and the Youth Directorate of the Ministry of Equality and Human Growth, introduced this system “Move Consciente. Highway Tradition for Youth”.

The initiative goals to contain younger folks in street security by way of inventive expressions: “What we search is to begin working with younger folks and for younger folks on street issues.
