The actors from “House of the Dragon” have not yet seen the script for the third season – Gambling

On Comic Con actors of the series in New York House of the Dragon toldwhat for now haven’t seen no scripts for the show’s third season.

This was mentioned by Matt Smith and Tom Glynn-Carney, who play the roles of Damon Targaryen and Aegon II Targaryen in the series. At the same time, Fabien Frankel (Kriston Kohl) stated that he knows some details about the continuation, but cannot share them.

Production start date for the third season of the prequel “Game of Thrones” remains in question. Fans tentatively expect new episodes to be released in 2026, but there is no official confirmation on this yet.

Earlier it became known that the story of the civil war of House Targaryen will end in the fourth season, but the timing of its release has not yet been announced.

It is possible that the delay in scripts is due to disputes over the quality of the story between showrunner Ryan Condal (“Colony”) and the author of the universe, George R.R. Martin. In the past, the latter has openly opposed changes to the story from the second season of the series, but then deleted his post.

In 2025, the franchise will release another prequel to the main plot – a mini-series “Knight of the Seven Kingdoms” of six episodes.

The local story follows the adventures of the young prince Aegon Targaryen (Dexter Saul Ansell) and his squire Sir Duncan the Tall (Peter Claffey).

Filming of the show has already been completed, and Ira Parker was involved in the script for the new product (“House of the Dragon”). Earlier, the same Martin, by the way, spoke about problems with the progress of writing “Winds of Winter”.
