Reported by Antara, Sunday (18/7) yesterday, the veiled man with the initials DW was about to fly on a Citilink plane from Halim Perdanakusuma Airport, East Jakarta. He had faked the results of the PCR swab test.
The Head of the Ternate City COVID-19 Task Force (Satgas) for Handling COVID-19, Muhammad Arif Gani, confirmed the incident. DW is suspected of Dwi falsifying the PCR document using the name of his wife Nurul.
Coincidentally, his wife’s PCR result was negative for Corona. So, this DW flew from Jakarta to Ternate. However, the facts were exposed at Ternate’s Baabullah Airport. DW was caught when he took off his veil and changed his shirt in the airplane toilet. There are flight attendants who directly contact the airport. DW was eventually arrested. DW was tested for antigen swab. The result, DW was positive for COVID-19.
“After the positive results of COVID-19, the airport immediately contacted the Ternate City COVID-19 Handling Task Force team, to evacuate by wearing personal protective equipment (PPE), then taken using an ambulance to go home to self-isolate and will be supervised by the Task Force officers. ,” said Arif.
