Governor of North Sumatra (Gubsu) Edy rahmayadi and the Mayor of Medan Bobby Nasution they were both angry because of the behavior of the employees in their work environment. Edy and Bobby found employees acting up during unannounced inspections (sidak) at the agencies.
The Governor of North Sumatra, Edy, conducted an inspection of five official offices under the North Sumatra Provincial Government, Monday (17/5/2021) morning. Edy came to check the attendance and service of employees on the first day of work after the Eid or Lebaran holidays.
The five official offices that Edy suspected were the North Sumatra One Stop Investment and Licensing Service (PTSP), the North Sumatra Provincial Inspectorate, the One-Stop One-Stop Administration System (UPT) Integrated Service Unit (Samsat), North Medan, the Housing and Settlement Area Service (Perkim). ) North Sumatra, as well as the North Sumatra Plantation Service.
He found a number of employees who were supposed to enter, but were not there. He said that the employees were not absent due to going home, but for unclear reasons.
“There are some (absent), not going home,” said Edy.

Edy briefed ASNs who were present in the five services he visited. In addition, Edy said he found ASN playing games in the office. He promised to evaluate the performance of the ASNs.
“Many are still playing, attending but playing. Later, we have to evaluate our ASN,” he said.
Edy hopes that all ASNs in the North Sumatra Provincial Government will improve their performance. He asked ASN to do what was best for the people.
“Do the best for the people,” he explained.
