Launched in 2015 by BNP Paribas, the “Aces of the heart”, a solidarity initiative that raised nearly 600,000 euros during partner tournaments for societal and mutual aid projects in particular, will run from 9 August next to the matches of the individual French Championships. The Pro A team finals will now also be affected. The first stage will take place in Dijon, from August 9 to 13.

The “Aces of the heart” see further. Monday, August 9, will mark a new turn in the history of this solidarity initiative launched in 2015 by BNP Paribas and intended to transform the aces made by champions during partner tournaments into funds for societal and mutual aid projects or projects. enabling the improvement of living conditions in the neonatal departments of hospitals located near the partner tournaments in question. An initiative that has so far raised nearly 600,000 euros, donated to various projects supported by “Aces du cœur”. Until then, Roland-Garros, the Marseille Open 13 and the Lyon Open Parc were mainly concerned. But the “Aces of the heart” are stepping up a gear. And from August 9, in the continuity of what BNP Paribas is undertaking at the level of professional tennis, the major partner of world tennis will extend the initiative to matches of the individual French Championships but also to those of the final stages by Pro teams A. With the same idea. Namely 10 euros donated by ace served to local associations working to promote the inclusion of young people, of which BNP Paribas is also a partner.

First stage, in Dijon on August 9

A check for the amount corresponding to the number of successful places will be given to the associations concerned after each of the six stages in the program. The first, which will officially mark the arrival of the “Aces of the heart” at the amateur rank, will take place in Dijon, from August 9 to August 13., where the aces carried out will benefit the association “ON TED for autism”, which works for the awakening and development of children with autism or other developmental disorders, but also for listening to parents. Then will follow, still in August, Roland-Garros (from August 22 to 26), with the recipient association “Home Sweet Mômes”, then Blois, from August 25 to 29 (recipient association: ADEL Center, which works for aid to children with leukemia and cancer). The following three stages will lead the “Aces du coeur” to Le Touquet (9 to 18 September) then to Rouen (13 to 17 November) before the final meeting, on the occasion of the final phase of the French team championships.
