AKBP Ari Cahya Nugraha aka Acay stated that he is not an investigator for the Km 50 case. However, Acay, who was named in the prosecutor’s indictment as a member of the Km 50 CCTV team, said he was a member of the Red and White Satgas drove Ferdi Sambo.
This was revealed in the trial for obstructing the investigation into the murder of Brigadier Yosua with defendants Brigadier General Hendra Kurniawan and Kombes Agus Nurpatria at the South Jakarta District Court on Thursday (10/27/2022). Acay’s membership was revealed at the request of attorneys Hendra and Agus.
“What witnesses are the members of the Red and White Task Force Team?” asked the Hendra and Agus team of lawyers.
“Right,” Acay replied.
“Are the Witnesses under the auspices of Sambo?” the lawyer asked again.
“Yes, he’s my superior,” Acay said.
The lawyer then asked which order was the priority for Acay, Dirtipidum or Ferdy Sambo leading the Satgassus. Acay replied that he prioritized Dirtipidum’s orders because he was a member of Dittipidum.
“Whose orders have you heard? Mr. Dirtipidum?” the lawyer asked and Acay agreed.
“Not Mr. FS?” said the lawyer.
“The task of the red and white task force is different, sir,” Acay said.
Hendra and Agus were charged with Article 49 joint Article 33 and Article 48 joint Article 32 paragraph 1 of Law no. 19 of 2016 containing Amendments to Law no. 11 of 2008 on Electronic Information and Transactions (UU ITE) joint Art. 55 paragraph 1 of the criminal code and art. 233 of the criminal code and art. 221 paragraph 1 2nd joint Article 55 paragraph 1 of the criminal code.
