This episode is not the only novelty. Within the next month, the contractor plans to put into operation another 3 kilometers of the A1 between the Piotrków Trybunalski and Piotrków Trybunalski Południe junctions.

For the entire 16km distance in between Tuszyn and Piotrków, side works related to the installation of barriers and signage will also be completed. This means that before the end of the year, drivers will benefit from a fully-fledged 3-lane line in both directions.
Similar changes in traffic organization are also planned for other sections. On the Kamieńsk-Radomsko route, we will use the 3-lane road in the direction of Częstochowa, and a little later also in the direction of Łódź. The opening of all lanes is also planned on the 13-kilometer section from Radomsko to Kruszyn.
As reported by GDDKiA – by the end of the year, the second road from Kruszyn to the beginning of the Częstochowa bypass will also be made available, along with a second viaduct over the railway line in the vicinity of the Częstochowa North junction. In this section, drivers will drive in three lanes towards Łódź, and a moment later also towards Częstochowa.
