ACTEE is a national program of massification of energy renovation initiatives which is part of the energy saving certificates. Supported by the FNCCR, this system aims to encourage communities and their partners to dialogue and come together to acquire additional resources for the renovation of public buildings.
A new jury led by the FNCCR (National Federation of Granting Authorities and Regulators) selected, last March, 49 local groups. In total, almost 4 770 communes are potentially concerned by this call for projects “all buildings combined” and will be able to benefit from the financial support of €17.5 million.
