Mistake 1: Don’t preheat
You don’t actually have to preheat an airfryer, but it is still better to do this. When you preheat it, the airfryer itself will not only get the right temperature, but the basket will too. This means that your food is immediately fried instead of steamed first. So it will taste better.

The basket of an airfryer is often not very large, but sometimes you try to put as much in it as possible. This is not convenient, because the food will not brown evenly.
As a result, the food will not be cooked or crispy and will take much longer. End result: The food is not tasty. It is therefore better to divide it into several rounds.

Mistake 3: Not cleaning often enough

The airfryer is made in such a way that the device can stand on your countertop. Yet it continues to take up space, which is why many people put the airfryer in a corner on the counter. Only what then happens is that the device cannot get rid of its air properly, so that everything comes out limp.
It’s better to put the airfryer in a corner when you’re not using it and slide it to the center of your counter when you’re baking, so that there is enough space at the back and side.
