/ world today news/ On December 16, the Fifth Hainan International Film Festival was opened in Sanya. The ceremony was in the format of a special concert, which included the soundtrack of popular films.
The film festival is jointly organized by China Media Group and the local government of Hainan Province. The theme this year is “The New Power of Movies”. 4018 cinema works from all over the world were collected, of which 12 feature-length, 4 documentaries and 8 short films were awarded.
