FC Bayern Munich – VfL Bochum (Saturday, 3:30 p.m.)
SITUATION: After the victories in Leipzig and Barcelona, FC Bayern want to end the week against the promoted team successfully. Bochum hopes to sell well to the record champions after a mixed start to the season.
STATISTICS: FC Bayern only lost one of the last 27 Bundesliga duels against VfL. Since Bochum’s last relegation to the Bundesliga, Munich have advanced three times in the DFB Cup against VfL.
STAFF: Bayern coach Nagelsmann has to do without Coman after an operation on the heart and also without Tolisso. He announced that a few stars would take a breather. Bochum has to cope with the shock of injury to offensive force Zoller, who is out for a long time after a cruciate ligament rupture.
SPECIAL: Bayern star Goretzka played for VfL from 2001 to 2013, and he came to Bayern in 2018 through Schalke. The reunion is “a very special game” for the 26-year-old.
FSV Mainz 05 – SC Freiburg (Saturday, 3.30 p.m.)
SITUATION: fourth against fifth in the table – who would have thought that? Freiburg is still unbeaten, Mainz after the 2-0 last in Hoffenheim on top. The Rheinhessen already have nine points after four match days – two more than after the entire first half of the previous season.

STAFF: Captain Niakhaté is out with the hosts a little longer, Hack is supposed to replace him. In Freiburg, the use of Höfler in the sixth position due to a metatarsal contusion is questionable, Jonathan Schmid (Corona quarantine) is definitely missing.

Arminia Bielefeld – TSG 1899 Hoffenheim (Saturday, 3.30 p.m.)

STATISTICS: Arminia has been unbeaten at home in five games across seasons (two wins, three draws). Hoffenheim have never lost to Bielefeld in their four competitive games, winning twice and drawing twice.
STAFF: Hoeneß has a lot of choice: Only the long-term injuries Huebner and Bicakcic are missing, the use of Rudy is questionable. Pieper, who recently had ankle problems, is available again for central defense.
SPECIAL: Arminia trainer Kramer was interim coach for two games in Hoffenheim in 2012, after which he returned to the 2nd team as responsible. He landed in Bielefeld in March via Fürth, Düsseldorf, the DFB and Salzburg.
1. FC Köln – RB Leipzig (Saturday 6.30 p.m.)

STATISTICS: Stuttgart has not won the last nine league home games against Leverkusen and is their favorite opponent: Bayer has won 37 times in the Bundesliga against VfB and thus more often than any other team.
STAFF: In addition to some permanent injuries and Anton, who was barred from red, VfB is also missing Förster due to an infection. Bayer has to do without Palacios due to an ankle injury.

VfL Wolfsburg – Eintracht Frankfurt (Sunday, 7.30 p.m.)
SITUATION: Wolfsburg leads the table with the maximum number of points. Frankfurt, on the other hand, is still waiting for the first league win. Both clubs drew in the European Cup.
STATISTICS: In the past four league meetings, the winner took turns. In April 2021, Eintracht won 4: 3 in Frankfurt, Wolfsburg won 2: 1 in December 2020.
