Dontnod Entertainment (+ 7.75% to 17.40 Euros) carried out a capital increase with elimination of preferential subscription rights for the benefit of a category of people and aimed exclusively at qualified investors, for an amount initially envisaged of around 40 million euros. Elior (-9.40% to 5.30 Euros) reveals a turnover of 945 million euros generated from October to December, on behalf of the 1st quarter, down -27.7% compared to first quarter of the previous fiscal year. This decline is attributable to the decline in the GGR for slot machines (-26.7%) and the GGR for traditional games in France (-17.8%). The operating result is a loss of -12.1 ME, against a profit of 31.9 ME in 2019. The net result shows a loss of -15.2 ME against a profit of 25 ME in 2019, of which -17.4 ME from the Group.
