The proposal of the Prosecutor was finally adopted by the members of the Council of Misdemeanors of Volos and decided on the temporary detention of the 50-year-old from Argalasti, who killed the 33-year-old rapist of his daughter.
Until today, the 50-year-old remained under house arrest due to the disagreement between the Prosecutor and the Investigator.
It is recalled that the 50-year-old killed the 33-year-old with a hunting rifle, shooting him point-blank, and immediately afterwards surrendered to the police.
A little while earlier, he had learned from his now 18-year-old daughter that the 33-year-old brother of his second wife had been raping her since she was 9 years old and had been blackmailing her for the last time by publishing video material.
