1. general public Subscriptions can be made between December 13 and 14, 2022, with a limit of 40,000 million baht, no limit on the subscription amount. The Public Debt Management Office will assign in the form of Small Lot First, in which the subscriber will be assigned bonds with 2 maturities:
- 3-year term, fixed interest rate of 2.30% per annum.
- Duration 10 years, fixed rate of 3.00% per annum
2. A non-profit organization designated by the Ministry of Finance. It can be purchased between December 19 and 20, 2022, with a credit limit of 5,000 million baht, with a term of 10 years, a fixed interest rate of 2.90% per annum, and no purchase limit. The OCPB will allocate on a first come, first served basis.
