During the inauguration of the 44th edition of the National Theater Exhibition (MNT), which for the first time was held in La Paz, Baja California Sur, Luisa Huertas‘ career as an actress and teacher was recognized with the “Xavier Villaurrutia” Medal.

It is the space in which theater creators have the opportunity to share our creations, to exchange our experiences, our findings and our knowledge.”
For their part, the Artistic Directorate of the MNT committed to continue “insisting on celebration as a form of encounter and not only on theatrics, but also on our diversity so that all of us, in a safe and respectful way, can create a space transformer that enhances the diversity of all identities, as well as the dialogues that will be carried out without hierarchies, as a provocation that invites all participating voices to share their ideas and reflections.
