1. Telegram
Chat app Telegram is 7 years old and is celebrating it with a long-awaited feature. As a treat, an app update has been released that allows you to video call with Telegram in addition to audio calls. In addition, Telegram is also adding a number of new animated emoji with the update.
You only have to send an emoji as you always do, after which Telegram makes a larger, moving version of it. To make video calls, simply open the chat of the desired person and tap their name.
