From August 31 to September 3 at Mavili Square in Ioannina
For four days, thousands of visitors had the opportunity to get to know representative products, to try them, but also to purchase them directly from the producers, who are emerging as the best ambassadors of our region in Greece and abroad.
Locality, identity, uniqueness, quality are just some of the advantages of these products.
During the 3her organization, parallel events were also held for children and adults, with “protagonists” local products, attracting the interest of the visitors.
In particular, the program included culinary proposals – food tasting by the Public IEK and the Gastronomy Association of Epirus, creative activities for children by the educator Jenny Rapti, informative and educational event about the truffle by the “Truffocycle”, production of drinks with local products – cocktail tasting by the mixologist Tasos Manto and traditional culinary delights by the women of the Educational Beautician Association of Bafra “Agia Paraskevi”.
Dancers of the said Association presented traditional dances, closing the Exhibition in the best way.
This was followed by the awarding of honorable mentions to the producers who participated in the Exhibition by the President of the Chamber of Ioannina, Mr. Makis Chrysostomou, who wished the 4the organization to be wider.
The Chamber of Ioannina thanks the exhibitors for their participation, the visitors, as well as everyone who contributed to the success of the 3rd “Go Local” Local Products Exhibition.
