The 382 euro savings card has been confirmed again for 2024 and will therefore be issued directly.
Con the implementation of the new Budget Law some interventions have been prepared regarding income support, among these there is also the savings card, activated in 2023, and therefore also available for next year.
The value is 382.50 euros and will be given to each eligible family unit. Solidarity aid for families who have an ISEE of less than 15 thousand euros and who therefore find themselves in a difficult situation from an economic point of view.

A real payment card, similar to a debit or debit card, with a fund useful for the purchase of basic food items. In this case, the purchase is linked to these products and cannot be used generically for multiple things. The question should not be asked because INPS will directly analyze all beneficiaries with low income and will subsequently issue the card. The Italian Municipalities, as already happened for the first wave, will instead have the task of communicating to the beneficiaries and also dealing with distribution.

For the next year 600 million euros have been allocatedHowever, at the moment it is not yet clear whether the operation will be the same or not, therefore whether only families with children will benefit from it or what limitations will be in place. The implementation requirements for 2023 were:
Registration of the members in the municipality of referenceOrdinary ISEE in progress with a value under 15 thousand euros (note the ordinary and non-current specification)
These beneficiaries were given an order of priority since the money did not cover everyone, so the first ones were:
Households with at least three members of which one is children Households with less than three members and one child Households without children
Obviously the funds were not enough to cover everyone and therefore in many regions, such as Campania, large groups have been cut off. The ranking will not necessarily be published online so it is important that, if you are entitled to the benefit and do not receive it in the new year, you go directly to the relevant office or to INPS to have explanations on the matter.
The letter it is paid on ordinary income, therefore not on current income which instead attests to changes in recent months. This is to facilitate the task and direct the benefit to those who have already been in a condition of economic disadvantage for some time.
