Two months after the arson that claimed the life of a resident of a building in Essey-lès-Nancy (Meurthe-et-Moselle), aged 98, the investigation by the judicial police has just led to the arrest of a 36-year-old -old woman, tenant of the building, announce our colleagues from the Republican east.
The suspect confessed and admitted that he deliberately started the fire on October 29 with the aid of a cardboard box. The six-story building housed mostly elderly people. It was the fourth fire to hit this condo in 18 months.
